1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take additional time.
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 across India.
A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below ₹999 or for express delivery requests.

Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking link shared via email or directly through Tracking Id sent through mail or message.

2. Returns & Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Return/Replacement

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.
However, we gladly offer replacements or refunds for:

Wrong product delivered
Damaged or leaking product on arrival
Manufacturing defect

Conditions

To be eligible:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via info@velluxia.com.
Include your order number, contact details, and clear images of the product and packaging.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting info@velluxia.com.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
